The Repressed Intuition & Nature of Women

Saturday, October 20th, 2007

By Rion Williams Natural women know how to get the man they want. How do I know? It’s happened to me many times. They know all the small things to do to maintain your interest (including sex). Their intuition is at mastery level. They will flirt, they will show nonverbal body language and interest. They will even approach a man dare they miss the opportunity to connect with them. What happened to our American women? They left their intuition at the door when they traded it in for social and personal advancement. They left their natural character behind. It’s completely repressed. They don’t flirt, they don’t show emotion, they don’t approach men (though they’ll readily reject them), they’re dissmive and aloof or otherwise prickteasing and pretentious. It’s up to you to know the truth of this behavior and be grounded in the FACT that none of it is natural behavior. Therein lies your hope. You were never the problem in the first place, you just weren’t cognitive to their behavior. You were also influenced by social powers beyond your own recognition to behave a certain way around them to your discord. Natural behavior is missing and I cover this in my ’secret to women’ clearly so that you can ‘get’ what’s going on and understand women and your relation to them. Though our women have taken on new opportunities and exciting advancements it actually screwed up their ability to get the relationships they desired with men. Many usually find themselves attracting all the wrong types of men. They wonder why they can’t meet any men when they forgot how to send out nonverbal signals of interest because they became more like man. Natural women don’t get into these problems because they weren’t influenced by others agendas or the false need for career advancement. They can see the characteristics of men very clearly. My point? You’ve had the wrong model of sexuality in the first place. Just because our women have adapted to personal advancement and social prestige doesn’t mean that it’s their true biological or sexual nature. Their behavior and your lack of cognition (as compared to your own ‘inner game’) is what has really thrown you ‘off’. It just means they’ve been influenced by their socio-cultural reality, just like (more natural) women in other cultures have been influenced by their environmental reality. Don’t reward women for selling out. Value them on their natural character. It’s the little truth they have left. It’s the only grounding that exists. Inner development throws off all of their relationships and social adaptation means they’re just being used and manipulated by someone else. There’s no basis for grounding other than our pure, uncorrupted birthright. Natural character is love, romance, emotion, joy, bliss, excitement, happiness and hope. Women who ‘develop’ and take on career opportunities leave all of these truthful emotions behind. Those who adapt socially lose all of them and get grounded on all of the wrong things. The true nature is within all of these women and it is the path to sex and seduction. You can be the man who sees it, knows it and can bring them out of their adaptive misery for a short time. Understanding Coin Price Guides

Friday, October 19th, 2007

By Robert L Taylor There are many coin price guides published; weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annually. They come in the form of magazines, newsprint, hot sheets, and books. All of us have referred to one of these from time to time to ascertain what a particular coin might be worth. Yet, few of us stop to think about what we are getting from any one of these Price Guides, beyond the price or value of a coin. After all, dont price guides, just give you the price? What else is there? Basic to an understanding of price guides are two things: 1) the Grade of the Coin; and 2) the Foundation of the price guide. Knowing the Grade of the Coin is required before one can begin. Saying so seems to be obvious, but what more does it mean? Unless the coin is Graded by an appropriate Professional Grading Company, which has designated what Grade and Identity has been assigned to the coin, most of us are making an assumption about the actual Grade. This assumption we make can be very dangerous because of: a) the difficulty in grading a coin; and, b) the different possible outcomes or results that occur. One Grade point or level can make the difference in hundreds or thousands of dollars in the Value of a Coin. Price Guides assume that YOU already Know the Grade of the Coin. This is why we have the First Rule of Coin Collecting: Know the Grade of Your Coin. Secondly, ALL Price Guides are founded on the same Principle, which is that the Coin, whose price you are looking up, has been Graded using one Grading Standard. That Grading Standard is set by the ANA American Numismatic Association and is entitled the Official Grading Standards For US Coins. Therefore, ALL Price Guides have a silent assumption built in to their guide; which is that the Grade that YOU decide upon, is the True or Accurate, and that such Grade is based on the ANA Standards. The first difficulty that arises is that most people never know if the Grade that they have decided upon is Accurate. Of course, this difficulty never comes into question, if the coin is Professionally Graded by an appropriate company. There are only four (4) reputable Professional Grading companies that strictly follow the Guidelines set by the ANA, and they are: PCGS, NCG, ICG, and ANACS. The second difficulty arises because of this silent assumption or Foundation of all price guides is whether or not the Grade has been decided upon using the Guidelines or Standards established by the ANA. If you dont have the skills and training of a professional coin grader, the decision is probably questionable. Even if you do have the skills and training of a professional coin grader, the decision is still probably questionable. Why? Because even professional coin graders have differing opinions. This is why the reputable professional coin grading companies require the opinions of three (3) professional coin graders to arrive at the Grade designation to be placed on every coin. The obvious conclusion is that a Serious Coin Collector is going to invest in rare and modern coins that are graded by one of the Top Four reputable Grading companies. It is the only certain way to eliminate the disagreements and arguments about the Grade of Any coin being Bought or Sold! It is the only certain way one can Value their coin collection. It also eliminates getting taken or cheated buying raw coins. Have fun collecting your Perfect Coins! Celebrex? Vioxx? Can My Doctor Provide Me With Safe Prescription Painkillers?

Thursday, October 18th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ian_Mason] Ian Mason The news has been full of the recent FDA findings on a new set of drugs to help relieve pain. These drugs have been approved for re-release, but it is unclear whether Vioxx will be available again and whether physicians will feel comfortable prescribing Celebrex and Bextra for many of their patients. What happened to Celebrex and Vioxx? Celebrex, Vioxx, and Bextra are all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs, pronounced en-said-z), similar to drugs like ibuprofen and naproxen, that are available over the counter (OTC). Celebrex, Vioxx and Bextra, (sometimes called Cox-2 inhibitors) however, use a slightly different method to achieve the same effect as their OTC cousins; this new method was supposed to limit the side effects some people experience on OTC drugs, including stomach and intestinal problems and allergic reactions. It was thought that because these drugs were less likely to cause such problems, they might be safer for patients with painful chronic conditions (like arthritis) to use for long periods of time. Unfortunately, some studies of Cox-2 inhibitors suggest that while they dont cause the sorts of side effects of other NSAIDs, they may create a greater risk of myocardial infarction (heart attack) or stroke. For people already at risk for these diseases (including those who have already experienced a stroke or heart problem), taking these drugs over the long run may significantly increase the risk of heart problems. Now What Can I Do To Get Pain Relief? Until a final decision has been made on each of these drugs, what can your healthcare provider do to help you with pain management? Here are important pieces of information to think about in determining what next steps to take: * The Cox-2 inhibitors were not shown to be more effective than other NSAIDs, like naproxen. If youve been on or thinking about trying Vioxx or another Cox-2 inhibitor, you may be able to use an older anti-inflammatory drug. Naproxen, one of the older NSAIDs, may be an anti-inflammatory drug that actually lowers heart attack risk. * Some people started on a Cox-2 inhibitors because they had a stomach ulcer or other risk factors for stomach or intestine bleeding (for example, people on blood thinners), which may be made worse by older anti-inflammatory drugs. For some people who are at risk for bleeding, other options like acetaminophen may be an option. * There are lots of other medical options. Steroids can be used for shorter periods of time to manage inflammatory pain from diseases like arthritis and lupus. Opioids (drugs that resemble opium), such as oxycodone, codeine, and hydrocodone (Vicodin) can help with pain management, but they can have serious side effects, and some of them can be addictive, so working closely with your healthcare worker is key to determine if these will work for you. In addition, some antidepressants may help with chronic (long-term) pain, though the way this works isnt yet known * New procedures may be of assistance to you. Nerve block therapy (in which certain nerves are temporarily anaesthetized) can relieve pain temporarily. Implantable technologies, like spinal cord stimulation (SCS) systems and implantable drug delivery systems, do seem to help some people for whom other pain relief methods dont work. * If you arent getting the relief you need (with or without the use of Cox-2 inhibitors), you may want to consult a pain specialist. Some large hospitals (such as Stanford University) have departments devoted to pain management. The American Board of Pain Medicine and the PainConnection (at painconnection.org) can help you locate a pain specialist who can work with your other healthcare professionals to put a new treatment plan together for you. Overnight Summer Camps: A Wonderful American Tradition!

Wednesday, October 17th, 2007

By Nicole Martins There are lots of wonderful summer experiences for kids and teens to partake in. Sending your kid to overnight camp is one of the most popular choices. For many, including myself as a kid, spending time each summer away at camp created a fun and exciting adventure away from home. Camp, especially longer program stays of 3 weeks or more, provides a true bonding experience among campers, counselors, directors and staff. Returning each summer reunites kids with some great friends and creates the opportunity to have fun learning new sports and activities. More than that, overnight camps have special traditions, each one different, but always something special that builds the camping spirit and community. My summer camp memories of color war breaking out, and camp sing downs are good examples of that. Todays overnight camps run the gamut. Traditional summer camps, like the one I went to for 9 summers in Upstate NY, have a wide range of sports and activities, everything from waterskiing, horseback riding to arts and crafts, tennis, swimming, adventure activities and much more. (Traditional camps are known for having lots of activities) Specialty camps, another type of camp, typically focus on a particular interest, sport or theme. Some examples include: equestrian, soccer, dance, adventure, mountain biking, performing arts, baseball, music, and computer camps. There are also special needs overnight camps for physically and emotionally challenged children and teens. see: http://www.campcountdown.com/specialty-camps.htm Camps, especially private ones, can be very expensive. Back in 2002, privately run camps cost between $800 and $1600 per week while specialty camps cost between $500 and $1000. Non- profit camps, such as those run by a youth group or agency, cost between $300 and $800 per week. And by and large, the most popular camp stays are 1 week and those of shorter duration than a full 8 week overnight camp. Specialty camps like baseball camp, golf camp or basketball camp often run 1 week or less and are designed to help your child learn and improve skills and have fun. This is also true of other specialty camps. Of course, each camp is different, and program choices run the gamut. If you are looking, consider first learning more about camp options available. Some factors to consider include: location, budget and type. Nicole Martins is author and researcher for CampCountdown.com. A Successful Weight-Loss System Researched By Harvard University

Tuesday, October 16th, 2007

By Tim Godfrey You may have heard of the ‘Mediterranean Diet’. It is well known to be one of the healthiest eating regimes known to man as well as an effective and powerful deterrent against heart disease, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. What you might not know is that if applied in the correct way this type of diet can also be used as an extremely effective means of losing weight - and a lot of it!! Losing weight AND improving your health at the same time? Unheard of - until now! Unlike ‘fad’ diets which are primarily designed for extreme weight-loss, the Mediterranean Diet actually works WITH your metabolism to achieve long-term and permanent results. The speed that you lose weight could be slightly slower but the end result is MUCH better. Diets such as the ‘Atkins’ or the ‘Cabbage Soup’, apart from being dangerously unhealthy, have been shown to make the dieter lose water rather than actual fat - this can be extremely counter-productive. If weight is lost too quickly there can be up to a 6% loss of muscle tissue as well as any fat or water lost. As a result, when the weight eventually returns - and it always does - more fat actually replaces the lost muscle which means the dieter will end up being fatter than he was before!! To lose weight effectively, the method has to be realistic and according to research carried out by Harvard University, the Mediterranean Diet is the solution. A Revolutionary New Weight Loss Method

Sunday, October 14th, 2007

By Elena Mauceri A new answer to lasting weight loss is emerging in the nutrition field, and it’s revolutionizing weight loss. You’ll find it to be a real surprise. A Pleasurable New Path to Weight Loss Research shows that our brain actually has to experience PLEASURE and SATISFACTION in order to absorb nutrients. When we eat in a stressed, rushed state our brain doesn’t even recognize the we’ve eaten anything. So it gives us a clear message: I’m still hungry! So we eat more, and more. So there’s a clear connection between the typical deprivation diets and our fast-paced lifestyles, and the fact that we can’t lose weight, or KEEP it off. How do YOU eat? Let’s look next at how YOU eat. Here are some questions for you: Do you eat when you’re feeling depressed, angry, anxious, or stressed? Do you eat quickly? Are you a multi-tasker when you eat? (Do you read, work at the computer, etc.?) Do you eat in front of the television or while driving? Do you feel that you just don’t have time to eat a “regular sit-down meal”? My guess is that you will say “yes” to at least one of these…if not ALL of them! Stress and speed are ingrained into our culture, and it’s making us fat! How do you think the French and Italians would respond to the same questions? My guess is that they would say “No” to all of the questions. And despite the fact that they eat diets that most people would consider “sinful”, they are very thin, healthy people. The reason for this lies in HOW they eat. They are eat in a relaxed state. They take plenty of time for their meals. They don’t eat low carb, low fat, or low calorie diets…instead they eat a HIGH PLEASURE diet! “So what’s the big deal? Isn’t it all about WHAT you eat, not HOW you eat, or how you FEEL?” It’s actually a VERY big deal. When you are rushed, not paying attention to what you’re eating, or feeling a negative emotion when you eat, you’re doing worse things to your body–and weight loss efforts–than eating any kind of “bad” food. Nutritional researchers have discovered that the brain MUST experience pleasure and satisfaction while eating. Why? So that our body can properly absorb the essential nutrients. Otherwise our brain thinks we have eaten nothing. So we get a loud-and-clear signal: I’M STILL HUNGRY! So we eat more…and more…but we’re still not satisfied. The other factor is how we FEEL when we eat. If we are feeling stressed, in a rush, angry, depressed–or any other negative emotion–our bodies go into a “flight-or-fight” response. This shuts down our digestion AND metabolism, which means we are not burning calories or losing weight. Millions of people in the U.S. are stressed, overworked, depressed–and overweight. Do you see how this becomes a vicious cycle? But there is a solution. And it’s really quite simple (and fun!). Sensual Eating is the Solution Current weight loss solutions employ guilt and deprivation, and that’s precisely why they fail. We are wired to FEEL GOOD, and that is what we constantly seek. By depriving ourselves (and thereby being stressed and miserable) we set ourselves up for failure. The new weight loss solution is PLEASURE and RELAXATION. But those words go against everything we’ve been taught about weight loss, don’t they? Not anymore. So how do you become a Sensual Eater? Start by being aware. There are several key areas of awareness before, during, and after you eat. They are: your emotional state your state of relaxation your breathing smell of the food feel of the food, both with your hands as you’re preparing it, and in your mouth look, or the visual aspect of the food taste of the food ambiance, or what sounds and activities are going on around you while you’re eating You can boil these down to TWO things: relaxation and enjoyment. They sound so simple, but few people actually practice this way of eating. (And it shows. We are the most overweight people of all the nations in the world.) So become a “sensual eater” today, and free yourself from guilt and deprivation. You’ll lose weight with pleasure! Learn special sensory triggers to maximize the art of sensual eating. Cool Invitations for the Sponge Bob Square Pants Party

Sunday, October 14th, 2007

By Gail Leino Kids will have lots of fun putting together these invitations to send out for their Sponge Bob Square Pants Party. You may even have a little fun putting them together too. Heh, heh, heh. Youll Need: yellow and blue construction paper scissors light yellow orange paint sponges markers glue sticks First you will need to cut out the yellow construction paper in the shape of a rectangle. It should be about four by six inches. You can make the invitation about any size you want but this will be one sided only and should fit comfortably into an envelope. This will be the base for your invitation. Next cut out the blue construction paper to be about two by four inches. This will mimic the pants that Sponge Bob always wears. Set this aside and get out your paints. Mix up your paint to be a light orange-yellow color. Lightly dab a moist sponge in the paint and press onto the yellow construction paper in a few spots to create the texture of a sponge. Wait for this to dry. In the meantime clean up your paint, water and sponge. Once its dry, stick the blue construction paper shape onto the bottom third of the yellow base using the glue stick. You should now have the basis for Sponge Bob. You can now get out the marker and draw in his toothy grin, long nose and oval eyes. Dont forget to draw in the features of his shorts. On the back of the invitation youll fill in the party information such as where the party will be, time and who its for. If you have the ability you may wish to print the information on the back of the invitation with the computer and a printer. Beading Supply: Eye Candy for the Soul

Thursday, October 11th, 2007

By Ed Whitlock With beading being the ever growing hobby that it is, beading supply stores have sprung up all around many towns. It is not difficult to find a beading store in your area. When searching for a beading supply store, use the yellow pages and find one nearest you. Ask your beading buddies for a reference. Make a connection in your area so that when you are searching for just the right stone you can call and be waited on with no hesitations. Beautiful beads attract people to the magazines that sell beading supplies. Subscription to many of these bead magazines will give you a well for your beading supply. Find what you are looking for and so much more in the convenience and privacy of your home. Many will offer no shipping and handling fees to attract the customers. Classes are offered at many stores to entice new customers and get people hooked on beading. When purchasing the beading supply for your class, many times a discount is offered if the supplies are purchased at that store. Ask about this next time you take a class. Some beading supplies for a class may include, needles, thread or wire, beads, of course and a clasp. If you are working with wire your beading supply may include the tools in which to clip, crimp, and hold the wire. These supplies do not have to be expensive. Many craft stores offer coupons in which to use to cut the cost even more. Quick Guide to Wedding Catering: Part One

Sunday, October 7th, 2007

By Amy Spade After watching the happy couple exchange vows and begin their married life together, your guests will be hungry. Many of the guests may have scaled back on eating in order to look good for pictures or just because they were so busy during the day. So feed them right. Different needs When youre putting together such a large assortment of people, there are bound to be those that have certain ways or preferences of eating. You may find that there are vegetarians or those that can not eat dairy. You might have a diabetic in the crowd or some other health restriction. Do you have to make arrangements for everyone? You should certainly try to have options for any sort of eating arrangement. In the case of those that dont eat meat, you might want to have a cheese lasagne available or other pasta dish. This is becoming widely popular to have two options anyways, so why not offer them? Another way to cope with varied needs is to serve dinner in a buffet style. This allows each person to pick only what they want or what they can eat. How to find good food A lot of wedding caterers rely on word of mouth (no pun intended) to get their services recognized. If you can, talk to other people that have gotten married in your town to see who they recommend. Of course, you will still want to see them for yourself, but this list can be a great starting point. Another way to find good catering is to talk to the reception hall coordinators. Many times they will either require the use of a particular caterer or they have a list of those that they recommend. Of course, you will want to schedule an appointment with all of the catering candidates in order to do a taste test of their menu options. At that point, you can pick what you think your guests will enjoy. A good meal is a great way to send your thanks to your guests for coming to your wedding. This is the part that shouldnt be skimped on for any reason. Of course, that doesnt mean that you cant find moderately priced options. Try your favourite restaurant, for example. If theyre able to cater, then you may be able to get a better deal because youre buying food in bulk. Having a friend who is a cook is even betterso long as they dont mind working through the wedding.
