Ozone Generator 101

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By Paul E. Harvey Often times people stumble across oxygen and ozone healing therapies and become quite excited by what they have discovered, only to find that the learning curve on equipment, methods, protocols and safety concerns is overwhelming. They often give up before giving any oxygen therapy a fair try. This paper will help to demystify the equipment used to produce ozone for air, water and therapeutic purposes. There are basically two types of ozonators and two accepted methods of ozone production. The two types are air-fed ozonators and oxygen-fed ozonators. The two methods of ozone production are cold corona discharge and ultraviolet. Each type of generator and method of ozone production has its unique features, advantages and drawbacks. The only accepted method of ozone production for medical protocols is oxygen-fed cold corona discharge. The purest ozone is made from what is called dual dielectric medical grade ozone generators because there are no metals in the gas stream of the ozone produced. Air-fed ozonators These ozonators fall into two categories: air purifiers and water purifiers Air Purifiers Air purifiers produce ozone either by corona discharge or by ultraviolet rays in the wavelength of 185 to 220 nanometers. The advantage of cold corona is that they are very efficient, have long life, are fully ozone output adjustable and require very little maintenance. Periodic maintenance depending on environment is required. Simple cleaning of the ozone-producing cell is necessary. The disadvantages of cold corona air purifiers are that they produce NoX (nitrogen compounds) like nitric acid and nitrous oxide in small quantities from room air in proportion to the amount of humidity in the air. The dewpoint temperature of air must be minus 60 C before this is prevented. No matter what a manufacturer claims about their units not producing NoX, this is simply not true if the air has any appreciable humidity. For this reason air-fed ozonators are not acceptable for medical uses. NoX is not much of a concern for the majority of people since the amounts are small and the benefits of the ozone produced far outweigh the NoX impurities. A few people experience bad reactions from the small amounts of NoX produced by air-fed air purifiers. Some air-fed purifiers have an added bonus of an ionizer built into the unit which negatively ionizes particles in the air, making them heavier so they fall to the floor. The health benefits of negative ions are well documented. Ultraviolet air-fed generators have the advantage that they do not produce NoX, even in humid air. They are less efficient than corona discharge, are not output adjustable, and the UV bulbs have to be replaced annually. This is problem because the lamps contain mercury and must be disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. Most States and Provinces have recycling specifically for this purpose. Laws in many places now require manufacturers of such units to provide recycling for the used lamps.Air-fed air ozonators come with a variety of features such as on/off timers, different sizes of and air movement from fans, a wide variety of ozone outputs and features which supposedly make them unique. Air-fed air purifiers are typically measured in mg/hr of ozone output or by the number of square feet the unit is supposed to purify. Beware of false claims! Due Diligence is required to find the perfect air ozonator and reliable manufacturer for your specific needs. Water Purifiers Air-fed water purifiers also can be either corona discharge or ultraviolet. They employ an air pump either internal or external to pump room air through the ozonator. The output gas mixture is then channeled by ozone resistant tubing to a diffuser stone which is placed in the water. This gas mixture, containing ozone, bubbles through the water to purify it. To avoid the presence of NoX in the gas produced by corona discharge air-fed ozone generators, the air can be dried with an air drier which is typically hooked up to the intake of the air pump supplying the air to the ozonator. Nox is not produced by ultraviolet air-fed water ozonators. If the air being supplied to an air-fed corona generator is not dried, nitric acid can build up in the ozone generator. Unless it is allowed to escape, the acid will eventually destroy the ozonator. The quality of the air pump is a concern in a water ozonator, since it is usually the weakest link. The pumps in Chinese ozonators will fail quickly if used to ozonate more viscous liquids like oils for long periods of time. Good quality air-fed water ozonators are inexpensive, effective, and can be used for a number of uses like ozonation of water, oils, soaking vegetables and meats in ozonated water, ozonating bathwater and for short term use as an air purifier. Air-fed water ozonators vary widely in quality, design, price, warranty, output of ozone, features and durability. Air-fed water ozonators are typically measured in mg/hr of ozone output. This is a measure of the amount of the molecular weight of the ozone produced in one hour. Beware of false claims here as well. Due Diligence is also required when choosing an ozonator for these purposes. One main feature of air-fed water ozonators is portability. They are relatively small and portable. Oxygen-fed Ozonators Oxygen-fed ozonators take the production of ozone to a whole new level. Since the ozonator is being fed a gas that is 100% oxygen and not nominally 20% as in room air, the ozone produced is of much higher concentration and purity. The expense of an oxygen-fed ozone system for some is prohibitive, as it involves the inclusion of an oxygen tank, oxygen regulator, specialized tubing and accessories for the various ozone protocols. The oxygen-fed ozonators themselves are higher priced because of the necessity for higher quality materials. Strong ozone will interact with all but about five elements on the Periodic Table of Elements, so care must be taken in manufacture to exclude materials that can be oxidized and create impurities in the gas stream. The main drawbacks to the use of oxygen-fed ozonators are lack of portability and poor availability to an oxygen source for the refilling of oxygen tanks. Oxygen concentrators can be used to provide oxygen to oxygen-fed ozonators instead of an oxygen tank. UV ozonators are not acceptable for use with oxygen medical protocols, as the output from the UV lamp varies far too much for accuracy of ozone concentration. The ozone output from oxygen-fed ozonators is usually measured in mcg/ml or mg/l or gamma. This is an indication of the molecular weight of the ozone produced in the volume measurement indicated of ozone/oxygen mixture. Gamma is the same as mcg/ml and mg/l. Oxygen-fed ozonators fall into two categories: 1) ozonators with metals in the gas stream 2) ozonators that have no metals in the gas stream 1)Metals in gas stream Oxygen-fed ozonators containing metals in the stream of gas moving past the ozone producing cell emit ions of metals into the ozone produced. This is because the anode of the cell is made of metal, whereas the cathode is glass or quartz. This is not a concern when the ozonator has high quality metals and is being used for ozonation of water, oils, ozonating a steam sauna, ozone showers, insufflations, body bagging and cupping, vegetable soak, ozonated enemas or colonics, ozonating bath water and a number of other less evasive protocols. It is a large concern when the anode is made from easily oxidized metals like aluminum. It is now accepted conventional wisdom within the ozone medical circles that oxygen-fed ozonators with metals in the gas stream should not be used for blood work such as AHT (Autohematherapy) and injections of any type. For all other mentioned protocols, the benefits of the ozone produced outweigh the effects of the metal ions produced. There are few metal ions produced from generators made of 316 stainless steel.Oxygen-fed ozonators vary greatly in user features, ozone output concentration, quality of materials and construction. They vary greatly in price depending on their quality and features. All oxygen-fed ozonators produce higher concentration of ozone at lower flow rates of oxygen and conversely, lower concentration of ozone at higher flow rates of oxygen. This is because the corona field of these generators is capable of rearranging only a finite number of oxygen molecules from O2 to O3 as the oxygen passes through the corona field. As the oxygen moves slowly through the field, the field is capable of rearranging more oxygen molecules thus creating a greater ratio of O3 in the gas. Conversely, as oxygen moves quickly through the field, fewer molecules become O3 and the ratio of O3 in the gas is lower. 2)No metals in the gas stream Cold corona ozonators made with no metals in the gas stream produce the highest quality ozone. These are called dual-dielectric ozonators. Both the anode and cathode are made from glass or quartz which is not able to be oxidized by ozone. All other materials in the gas stream have also been chosen for their resistance to oxidation, including tubing fittings, the tubing itself and all parts of the ozone producing cold corona cell. These are the only ozonators fit to be used for the above-mentioned blood work protocols. There are two ways of manufacturing dual dielectric units. One is cold corona. The other is cold plasma. Cold plasma generators are of high purity but the concentration is not only non-adjustable except through oxygen flow control, but also lack in the ability to output high concentrations of ozone at normal flow rates of oxygen. High quality cold corona generators have the ability to reduce the amount of corona or electrical field that produces the ozone, thereby making them fully adjustable for a specific concentration of ozone output at any given oxygen flow rate. High quality cold corona ozonators vary greatly in features and price, depending on specific use and preference of operation. Some of the features of a very high quality (and expensive) dual-dielectric ozonator include oxygen flow meter, adjustable settings for corona output (and thereby ozone concentration) luer-lock connectors for attaching syringes and accessories, and built-in ozone output stability electronics. Dual dielectric ozonators can be used for all ozone protocols. If money is no object and portability is not an issue, then this is the best unit to purchase for its overall purity and variety of uses. Give Your Wedding a Purpose

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By Sandra Reid Success in marriage is much more than finding the right person; it is a matter of being the right person. B.R. Brickner Whats the purpose of the wedding you want to create? Unless youre clear about it, the journey toward being married could be bumpy at best. Its easy to get caught up in a tension-fraught illusion. Brides can be dragged along by a concept that isnt even theirs. Thats why its important to go over these questions and feel what your particular purpose around your wedding is Is it a sacred event? If so, are their religious rules and expectations that have to be met? Make your minister or priest your friend! He or she is a great resource. Chances are they have already performed a lot of marriage ceremonies. Ask them what they have seen and how it went. Ask for their opinion. These days, even the most religious weddings have some room for personalized vows or a chance to influence the order of the service, the wording, the music, etc. Make sure your clergy person knows about all of the changes you want to make and is willing to support those changes. Some denominations require pre-marital counseling. Some churches will only allow people of their congregation to use the church or synagogue for a wedding. Some churches do not allow a priest to perform weddings outside of the church itself. These are important things to consider before you get your heart set on a certain location. Perhaps you regard your wedding as a sacred event, but you dont fall into any particular religious category. There are numerous sources for spiritual language to incorporate into your wedding ceremony. You may want to examine the traditions of faiths around the world and incorporate some of those elements into your ceremony. You may want to write your entire ceremony yourselves. However, someone has to conduct the ceremony and sign the official documents that your state requires in order for your marriage to be legal. Make sure you find an officiant who has legal standing in your community, and who is comfortable with what you want at your wedding. Is it a casual/informal house or outdoor wedding? Inform the guests ahead of time to any dress rules or particular circumstances that may apply at these weddings. Is it a social affair? Who are you trying to impress? Are you trying to measure up to someone elses wedding? Are you trying to copy something you saw in a magazine somewhere? Are you trying to reflect a feeling? If so, whats that feeling? Are you trying to have the biggest, best, most interesting, most creative, most something anyone has ever seen? Why? Do you think you have to do your wedding a particular way? Have you looked up the etiquette books enough to know that there are endless possibilities for how a wedding is done? - from extremely simple, to extraordinarily complex. Those are some of the reasons for a wedding. What are yours? Take a few moments and write down some key words for yourself. Just jot down whatever comes into your mind as you ask yourself: What is my wedding really about? What do I want to experience on that day? What do I want my groom to experience? These are important questions. And, maybe you can come up with some moretake the time to lay your foundation for your wonderful and loving wedding! The key is to be who you are, accept who you are, and plan a wedding that shows that to the world. Choosing a Major

Monday, January 28th, 2008

By Mia Pleasant One of the many things that several college bound students seem to worry over, is declaring a major. Many people may tell that you should have one chosen by the time you start your first year. Unless youre absolutely 100% sure of your career path, you dont need to worry about making that decision just yet. Keep your options open. The actual deadline for choosing a major is the end of your sophomore year. That gives you two years, which is plenty of time. In those first two years of your scholastic journey, you should be exploring possibilities and considering your options. Take general education courses, like History, Literature, Psychology 101, Sociology 101, intro classes, etc., and figure out which one grabs you. It might not be right away. You might pick a major at the last minute. Take me for example. I didnt declare my major until the end of my sophomore year. I thought I would never figure out what I wanted to do or what I was good at. I had originally come to school wanting to be a political science major. Then halfway through, I decided that politics was something that I didnt want to be a part of (for various reasons). Next, I wanted to be a psychology major. I loved the class so much that I decided to declare. Eventually I got bored with psychology and switched to history. I love history and Im completely fascinated with it. I soon lost interest with being a history major and became an English major. I figured since I love to read and write that this would be perfect. That ended up being a little too much reading and writing for my taste. Plus, I had to take classes like Eighteenth Century British Literature, which I ended up sleeping in. So I remained undeclared until the Spring Semester of my sophomore year. That semester, I signed up for a video production class. I excelled in the class. I finally found something I loved and something I was good at. I declared Mass Communications as my major and am currently working towards my degree in that field. It takes time. Dont get overwhelmed. Dont get discouraged. Test the waters, try everything, and eventually, youll find your niche. Blowing Your Own Horn

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By Keith P. Stieneke Opportunity Assistance Business Resource Center http://www.opportunityassistance.com At first you must think that with a title as above that this article must be about something other than marketing; however, what this article is about is marketing, specifically affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is much more than signing up for a free affiliate program and then posting your affiliate link here and there. It’s all about promotion and not only promoting your affiliate program association or associations but also about promoting yourself. Hence, the title of this article. Let’s imagine that you are a politician. Although glamorous, it is one of the most backbiting filled professions on the face of the planet. But there is something to learn from the great politicians who do it right. Those that are not using the negatives and the faults of their opponents, but that are rather only promoting their own positives and the very fact that they are involved in being a part of the political process are those who do it right. So who are the marketers that do it right? Those that don’t point fingers while at the same time they let their public know that they have something to market. How can you do you do this? The number one way is to sell your-self. I don’t mean being a sell-out, but rather that you do things to make yourself visible to the people that you would like to become your customers. One way you can do this is through networking. In the offline world this is accomplished by belonging to church groups, business organizations, and other such groups where people meet and exchange ideas. Online you can network by participating in forums, in chat rooms, posting at guestbooks and much more. Let people get to know you and what you’re about. I personally feel that I have a lot to offer those in the areas of affiliate marketing and network marketing as I have been involved in and studied both for years. Promotion may not be my strongest ability, but I seek to strengthen it by putting my writing talents and skills to use. By writing, I use something that I can do to publicize myself. The next step of course after writing an article is to submit it to places where it can be sent to “publishers” of ezines and other publications both online and off. For a list of places through which you can do so go to http://www.real-internet-marketing-reviews.com/resources.htm#articlesubmission What skill or talent do you have that can be used to publicize yourself? Perhaps you are good at talking to people. One on one communication is a great way to let people know that you are marketing something. Along the same lines, comes public speaking. Want to find organizations to speak for, and possibly get your own public speaking engagements. One place to start is to join an organization like Toastmasters whose main focus is to build public speaking skills. But what if you don’t want to speak professionally or write articles for ezines or magazines? Another way to get your presence known is join as many different online public forums as possible. They don’t have to all be marketing forums, just try to concentrate though on the forums that peak your interest the most. In that way you’ll have something more relevant to contribute. Of course, you’ve got to do more than to just join these forums. You do have to post to them!!! These are just a few of the ways to get free publicity, market yourself and therefore increase your marketing potential.. Remember, like the politician you’ve got to get your name out there, and “blow your own horn”. Keith P. Stieneke is a marketing consultant, affiliate program participant and work at home consultant. If You’d Like to Know Why Reading Matters

Friday, January 25th, 2008

By Barbara Freedman-De Vito Here Are Some of the Reasons Why Reading Is So Important for Children Why Do We Tell Children to Read? We’re always telling children that books and reading are good for them, but have we ever really thought about why that’s true? Exactly what do older children get out of reading novels? What do younger kids get from being read to? Does reading matter? The purpose of this article is to say that, yes, it’s true, reading really is important, and that there are some solid reasons why that is so. Let’s begin with the practical benefits and then move on to the less tangible rewards of a life filled with reading. Books Help Children Develop Vital Language Skills Reading is an important skill that needs to be developed in children. Not only is it necessary for survival in the world of schools and (later on) universities, but in adult life as well. The ability to learn about new subjects and find helpful information on anything from health problems and consumer protection to more academic research into science or the arts depends on the ability to read. Futurologists used to predict the death of the printed word but, ironically, Internet has made reading more and more a part of people’s daily lives. The paperless society is a myth. The computer’s ability to process and analyze data means that endless variations on reports and other types of documents can be and are generated. Internet, itself an enormous new source of information and recreation, is based on the humble written word. To effectively utilize the web and judge the authenticity and value of what is found there, both reading and critical thinking skills are of prime importance. The more children read, the better they become at reading. It’s as simple as that. The more enjoyable the things they read are, the more they’ll stick with them and develop the reading skills that they’ll need for full access to information in their adult lives. Reading should be viewed as a pleasurable activity - as a source of entertaining tales and useful and interesting factual information. The more young children are read to, the greater their interest in mastering reading. Reading out loud exposes children to proper grammar and phrasing. It enhances the development of their spoken language skills, their ability to express themselves verbally. Reading, by way of books, magazines or websites, exposes kids to new vocabulary. Even when they don’t understand every new word, they absorb something from the context that may deepen their understanding of it the next time the word is encountered. When parents read aloud to children, the children also hear correct pronunciation as they see the words on the page, even if they can’t yet read the words on their own. Reading Can Open Up New Worlds and Enrich Children’s Lives As mentioned above, reading opens doors - doors to factual information about any subject on earth, practical or theoretical. Given the wealth of available resources such as Internet, libraries, schools and bookstores, if children can read well and if they see reading as a source of information, then for the rest of their lives they will have access to all of the accumulated knowledge of mankind, access to all of the great minds and ideas of the past and present. It truly is magic ! Through books, children can also learn about people and places from other parts of the world, improving their understanding of and concern for all of humanity. This, in turn, contributes towards our sense that we truly live in a “global village” and may help us bring about a more peaceful future for everyone. This can happen through nonfiction but, perhaps even more importantly, reading novels that are set in other places and time periods can give children a deeper understanding of others through identification with individual characters and their plights. Through stories and novels children can vicariously try out new experiences and test new ideas, with no negative consequences in their real lives. They can meet characters who they’ll enjoy returning to for comforting and satisfying visits when they reread a cherished book or discover a sequel. Books also give kids the opportunity to flex their critical thinking skills in such areas as problem solving, the concepts of cause and effect, conflict resolution, and acceptance of responsibility for one’s actions. Mysteries allow children to follow clues to their logical conclusions and to try to outguess the author. Even for very young children, a simple story with a repetitive refrain or a simple mystery to solve gives a confidence boost. Children can predict the patterns and successfully solve the riddles. Children are influenced by and imitate the world around them. While a steady diet of violent cartoons may have a detrimental effect on children’s development, carefully chosen stories and books can have a positive influence on children, sensitizing them to the needs of others. For example, books can encourage children to be more cooperative, to share with others, to be kind to animals, or to respect the natural environment. Reading Can Enhance Children’s Social Skills Although reading is thought of as the quintessential solitary activity, in certain circumstances reading can be a socializing activity. For example, a parent or grandparent reading a story aloud, whether from a traditional printed book or from an ebook, can be a great opportunity for adult and child to share some quiet, relaxed quality time together away from the rush and stresses of the business of daily living. They share a few minutes of precious time, plus they share the ideas that are contained in the story. In addition, older children can be encouraged to read aloud to younger ones as a means of enhancing their relationship. At school or at a library story hour, books can bring children together and can be part of a positive shared experience. For some preschoolers this may be their primary opportunity to socialize and to learn how to behave around other children or how to sit quietly for a group activity. Make the most of this experience by encouraging children to talk about what they’ve read or heard. Reading Can Improve Hand-Eye Coordination It may sound funny, but ebooks can be a way for children to improve their fine motor skills and their hand-eye coordination, as they click around a childfriendly website or click the backward and forward buttons of online story pages. They may also be picking up valuable computer skills that they’ll need in school and later in life. Reading Can Provide Children with Plenty of Good, Clean Fun I’ve saved the most important point for last. Reading can provide children with endless hours of fun and entertainment. All of the pragmatic reasons above aren’t at all necessary to justify reading’s place in children’s lives. Stories can free up imaginations and open up exciting new worlds of fantasy or reality. They allow children to dream and may give them a good start on the road to viewing reading as a lifelong source of pleasure; so read to your young children every day. Inspire your older children to read. Give them access to plenty of reading material that they’ll enjoy and discuss it with them. Sample everything - traditional printed books and ebooks on Internet, classic children’s novels and fairy tales, as well as more modern stories. If a child wants to hear the same story over and over again, don’t worry about it. Children take comfort from the familiarity and predictability of a beloved story that they know by heart. There’s no harm in that. Reread old favorites and, at the same time, introduce your children to new stories. Your child’s mind and heart have room for both. So Reading Really Does Matter After All There are so many ways in which reading continues to be both a vital skill for children to master, and an important source of knowledge and pleasure that can last a lifetime. Nurture it in your children. Make the most of all the resources that are available and waiting for you: printed books, online books, magazines and so forth. Encourage follow-up activities involving creative writing skills and the arts, as well, so that your children can reflect upon or expand on what they’ve absorbed and, at the same time, develop their own creativity. As you help your kids appreciate the magic of reading, you’ll find that there’s a whole wonderful world full of children’s literature out there that YOU can enjoy too. Parenting A Leader - Rules VS. Relationship

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

By Billy Sticker One day when Brady was around four years old, he was sitting on his bed as I walked in and asked him to pick-up in his room. With an as a matter of fact attitude Brady says, You know Dad, youre not the boss of me. God is. Surprised, I responded, Yes, this is true. However, God made your mom and me your boss. Brady answered, Dad, God created us because He wanted friends. It doesnt say anything in the Bible about the Sticker Family! The wisdom of a four year old, God created us because he wanted friends. We were not created to me servants of God. He wanted friends. If you can truly realize the truth in those words, it will change your life. It is not about the rules. It is about the relationship. Whether we are talking about your relationship with your spouse, children, boss, or God, you must first have the relationship, before you can ever follow the rules. Lets think about your relationship with your spouse. There are certain rules that you know that you are going to have to keep. (Ex: No going out every night to party with your friends. No inappropriate relationships. No coming and going as you please.) You can focus on keeping the rules, but that will not give you the relationship. However, if you focus on building the relationship, you can forget about the rules. You are not going to want to go out every night if you are truly focused on the relationship you have with your spouse. The Old Testament tells the story of when Joseph told Potiphars wife that he could not have an affair with her was because it would have been a sin against God. The question is, how did he know it was a sin? The story took place BEFORE the Ten Commandments! The answer is, because he had a relationship with God. Our children are the same. If we focus on building healthy relationships with our children, the rules will take care of themselves. Am I saying you do not need to give your children rules and limitations? Of course not. I am saying to make sure you put more emphasis on having a relationship with your children, not just rules. Lose Weight By Releasing Your Fears

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

By Bill Schuchman Have you ever wondered why there are thousands of diets yet we, as a society, are getting fatter? Or on those rare occasions when a diet does happen to work and a person is successful in reaching their goal weight it usually doesn’t last. Within a short period of time their weight returns to where they started or they become even heavier. Or have you ever wondered why some very successful overweight people, people who seem to be able to do everything right can’t lose weight. They might have wonderful relationships, wealth, and happiness but no matter how long or how hard they can’t seem to lose the weight. It’s not that all those diets are flawed (although many are not safe). It’s not that all the overweight people in the world have no self-control or lack inner strength. The real reason is that by restricting food through will power is not addressing the problem within you. Being overweight has nothing to do with the food you eat. There are emotional reasons why you are overweight. As you dig into the various emotional hooks to food they are always have fear at their roots. Being overweight is a sort of shield that you build to protect you from the outside world. When you feel scared, insecure and not safe, you surround yourself in a protective cocoon. The good news is that once you feel safe the cocoon naturally and easily goes away. At this point you might be saying to yourself (especially if you’re a man) I’m not scared, I don’t feel scared of anything. Or perhaps you are attuned to your emotions and you realize that there is some fear there but you just don’t realize the depth of your fear. Most of the fear we have as adults we have learned to suppress, put aside or compensate for. We do our best to hide our fears from others and ourselves. We tuck away our fears in the deepest recesses of our mind and once tucked away we bury them in fat. These fears that pollute our being usually occurred during our childhood and fester on to this day. You might have been picked on as a child, or been ridiculed by a teacher or the most common is to have parents that were not as nurturing as you needed them to be. It really doesn’t matter what your fears are, the only thing that required is that you release them and to know that you are safe. The first step is to forgive those who made you feel less than the magnificent person then you truly are. Repeat and remember this: Everyone in the world is doing the best they know how. If your parents were not nurturing, or if they were critical towards you please don’t be angry with them. They were doing the best they could at the time. The way they acted towards you had roots in how they were treated by their parents and others. The same holds true for your childhood friends and teachers or whoever might have made you feel less than who your truly are. Forgive whoever it was because they were only doing the best they knew how at the time. Now that you have forgiven them you can more on to releasing those fears. Once you have identified a childhood fear or criticism locate where in your body you feel that fear. Usually it’s in the heart or stomach area. Once located close your eyes and imagine holding a drinking straw in your hand. Place your hand over the area where you feel your fear and as you take a few deep breaths imagine the fear flowing out of you through the straw. Your fears evaporate as soon as they reach the fresh air at the end of the straw. As you are doing this process repeat to yourself; I am willing to release this and all fears to the Universe because I am safe, I am willing to be healedContinue to do this until you feel a sense of relief within your body and repeat this process whenever you feel fear, stress or any negative emotion. Also throughout the day say to yourself I am safe and I release the need for me to be overweight, I am safe. It is our sincere hope that you accept this view of yourself. We believe it, but none of this will help you unless you believe and apply this for yourself.
