Drink water, drink water, and then drink some more water! 8. Play a game of hide and seek with all of the sweet foods or junk foods that you have around the house as they will only cause you pain and discomfort. Dont simply try to walk by them and win, lock them in something and put the key or combo in a place that is hard to get to, then you will think long and hard about entering to retrieve the foods! 9. Quit saying you are going to do it and believing that you will start tomorrow put down what you are doing and start right now! You wont burn any fat or feed any muscle if you are sitting on your couch eating rind dings and considering working out DO IT! 10. Celebrate every victory, this could be (and likely will be) a long march that needs small victories along the way.
